Wallpaper Installers Service is a small, dedicated team of professional installers based in El Cerrito, California. We focus exclusively on wallpaper and wallcoverings — that is the work we love and the work we do every day.
We started Wallpaper Installers Service because the Bay Area needed a team focused entirely on wallcoverings — not painters who sometimes hang paper, and not handymen who treat wallpaper as one more line item. From day one, our shop in El Cerrito has been organized around the disciplines that actually matter for a great install: surface preparation, paste selection, pattern mathematics, seam work, and respectful handling of the home or business we are working in.
Today our installers travel across the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula. We have hung modern non-woven prints in San Mateo condos, restored hand-blocked patterns on plaster in Berkeley craftsman homes, and installed type II commercial vinyl across multi-floor offices in Hayward. Different materials, different methods — same standard of care.
Walls dry on their own schedule. We plan around that, not against it, so seams hold and patterns line up perfectly.
