Most single-room installs are completed in one day after surface preparation is finished. A full-room install with detailed pattern matching usually runs four to seven hours, while large feature walls may be done in three to four hours. Commercial vinyl on multiple floors is scheduled in stages, often after business hours so your operations are not disrupted.
We handle every step of preparation in-house: skim-coating, sanding, priming, and patching. Wallpaper performance depends almost entirely on what's underneath it, so we never split that work off to a third party — it stays with our installers from start to finish.
We routinely install non-woven, traditional paper, peel-and-stick, grasscloth, silk, type I and type II commercial vinyl, foiled and metallic prints, and wide-width murals. If you have a specific manufacturer in mind, share the spec sheet and we will match the recommended primer and adhesive.
Yes. Our wallpaper removal service uses controlled steam, scoring, and gentle scraping to lift old paper without tearing the drywall. We follow up with a skim-coat, sand, and prime so the wall is ready for the new install — or for paint, if that's where you're heading next.
Pattern alignment starts with the layout. We measure room dimensions, plan the starting strip to keep partials in inconspicuous places, and use either drop-match or straight-match techniques as the wallpaper requires. Each strip is checked against its neighbors before the paste sets so corrections are easy.
We use low-VOC primers and water-based pastes whenever the wallpaper allows for it. For sensitive clients we open windows, run fans, and schedule install times that minimize exposure. Let us know in advance if anyone in the home is particularly sensitive to odors.
Yes. We install commercial-grade wallcoverings in offices, hotels, healthcare environments, retail, and multi-tenant residential. Work can be scheduled outside business hours to avoid disruption, and we coordinate with property managers, GCs, and designers as needed.
Yes — initial consultations and quotes are free. Pricing is driven by wall square footage, surface condition, prep required, the wallpaper material itself, ceiling height, and access. We never quote without understanding the actual walls, which is why we recommend an in-person or photo-based assessment before finalizing numbers.
We stand behind our installation. If a seam lifts or a pattern misalignment becomes evident due to our installation work, we come back and correct it. We are also licensed and insured for your peace of mind on every job.
